ORDER PROCESSING
IF YOU ARE A CERTIFIED CUSTOMER - With our new Automatic pin delivery system
you will get INSTANT ON SCREEN PIN DELIVERY - this means that after you checkout
and payment is verified (within seconds), your pin will be displayed on your
screen, - and an email will be sent to you with all the details of your order
as well as an email with your pin numbers. Click

FOR NEW CUSTOMERS, and NON CERTIFIED CUSTOMERS - Pins will be emailed once our
Order Verification Department, and Fraud Prevention Departments Verify the validity
of the order. The general timetable for fulfillment of these orders is as follows:
Orders Placed Sunday through Thursday between 8AM EST and 8PM EST and Friday
from 8AM EST till 4PM EST are processed the same day and should usually be received
within two hours of order completion.
Orders Placed Sunday through Thursday between 8PM EST and 8AM EST are processed
the next business day and should be received by 11AM EST the next morning.
Orders Placed from Friday 4PM EST through Sunday 8AM EST will be processed Sunday
8AM EST and should be received by 11AM EST Sunday Morning.
Orders Placed on on Holidays may take longer to process!
The above timetable for PIN delivery only applies
when the following conditions are met:
1. All the information provided by customer is accurate.
2. Phone number provided by customer is a VALID LANDLINE, NON MOBILE PHONE NUMBER,
that is LISTED with directory assistance and is listed with the same last name
as the last name on GetTalkTime.com account registration / billing info.
3. GetTalkTime.com is able to contact customer at the registered phone number
provided in account registration.
4. Customer follows directions provided in account registration email to verify
their email address. Please remember, if you do not see any emails from GetTalkTime.com
please review your spam / bulk mail folder before contacting our customer service
department.
PURCHASE LIMIT
1. Purchase Limit (NEW CUSTOMERS) - There is a purchase limit of $50 a month
for new customers, this means that after you purchase $50 worth of airtime we
will not process any orders for you for another month (and payment will be refunded)
of first purchase date.
2. Purchase Limit (RETURNING CUSTOMERS) - There is a purchase limit of $100
a week for returning customers, this means that after you purchase $100 worth
of airtime we will not process any orders for you for another week from previous
purchase date (NO EXCEPTIONS).
A Returning customer is defined as a customer who has placed an order for a
second time (after the 1 month wait period).
FRAUD PREVENTION
In order to reduce fraud we require that you provide a valid telephone number
registered in the same last name as the credit card you are using to process
your order. WE SOMETIMES WILL CALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO VERIFY THEIR ORDERS - THIS
IS TO HELP PROTECT YOUR CREDIT CARD AND PREVENT FRAUD. If we are unable to reach
you or verify that number provided is registered in the same last name - we
reserve the right to cancel the order and we will refund the full dollar amount.
WE REPORT ALL FRAUD TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES - ALL FRAUDULENT ORDERS WILL BE
REPORTED TO The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) which is a partnership
between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar
Crime Center (NW3C).
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY ORDERS IF THEY DON'T MEET ABOVE GUIDELINES.
AND WE WILL REPORT ALL FRAUDULENT ORDERS TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
ALSO ANY ORDERS THAT FAIL TO INCLUDE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY CAUSE A DELAY
IN THE PROCESSING OF THE ORDER AND WILL NOT CONFORM TO ABOVE TIMETABLE FOR PIN

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRONIC PINS
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Your first order will be held pending verification and approval by our customer
protection department. Once approved your pin(s) will be sent via email to the
address provided, and any subsequent orders will be INSTANTLY DISPLAYED on screen
and a copy will be sent to your email.
Get Talk Time reserves the right to refund (and not process) any order it deems
fraudulent, suspicious, or was submitted with incorrect or insufficient information.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ALL ORDERS WILL BE INSTANTLY FULFILLED, this is due to the
fact that there may sometimes be product outages. We will send all orders not
instantly fulfilled to email address on your order.
PURCHASE LIMIT

all accounts. There is no set limit and limit varies based on many factors including
last purchase date, amount of previous purchases, and length you are a customer.
